Brilliant location, unique, historical building which has been sympathetically restored. Excellent views from the rooftop! Very well equipped and comfortable. Shower room and separate bathroom is very convenient for a family/group. José is an excellent host. Very helpful. Lots of stairs which kept us fit ! This place is quirky, funky and fabulous! The house was completely what we expected. We read the reviews prior to going and were prepared for the stairs and rooms being on different levels. I traveled with my mum (69) and she stayed in the first room, two floors up, which conveniently had a bathroom just outside without having to take any steps to this from the bedroom, meaning no need to worry about taking steep steps in the night. They are steep but we are two fit people who managed just fine. The property is beautifully designed with comfortable bedding and is well-equipped. We really enjoyed coming back to it every day and loved the traditional features. It is in the most perfect location for popping back throughout the day and we never had a problem with parking (in April, we can imagine high season might take a bit more searching for spaces). The views from the rooftop terrace are special. The property was full of charm and character and we would be very quick to return here in future.

The house is in an amazing spot in Ciutadella old town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The house - absolutely beautiful, was very clean, comfortable, amenities as described The host - very friendly, responsive to questions prior to arrival and during our stay, met with us to handover the keys and helped plan our itinerary as well with suggestions for activities and places to see nearby Good public transport links - the bus stops and taxi stand are 5-7 minutes walk from the house, we managed getting to the airport & beaches along the south coast (Son Saura to Cala Gadana have direct buses from Ciutadella) by bus and Cala en Porter by taxi.

Le logement est absolument bien placé en plein centre historique de Ciutadella . Il est typiquement Minorquais décoré avec soin et très propre . Nous sommes venus hors saison donc c'était calme . Il y a juste ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir cuisiner le basique mais en Espagne on mange le plus souvent à l'extérieur . Le propriétaire a accepté de remettre les clés à notre fille avant qu'on arrive . communication simple et efficace . Nous sommes très contents de ce séjour

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, es muy céntrica, si quieres estar en el meollo es ideal. Tiendas y restaurantes a 1 minuto. La limpieza era excelente, para mí un aspecto muy importante.

A casa mantém a traça antiga na zona, estando renovada de forma moderna, com bom gosto e simplicidade. É uma casa que se distribui por andares (nós gostámos muito por sentirmos que era muito característico, no entanto para quem vá com crianças pequenas ou pessoas com alguma dificuldade de locomoção pode não ser a melhor opção)
