I was there 4 days alone . The village is easily reached by taxi from Alicante. Small beautiful quiet village, few shops and restaurants with local food. Great location. The walking trails next door are well marked. If you need some silence and outdoors.. this is your placeMinnaFinland - 10Scored 10

The small friendly hotel, with its fabulous views and good host. The village is small with it's own history you can explore, while in close proximity to other attractions and beaches. The caves are very close and well worth a visit. We are at the Tono restaurant where the food is of good value and service excellent. We were made to feel very welcome. The T. Bone steak was out of this world. The area has some hills as you walk around, but the quaint little streets and whit white washed houses are idyllic. The castle ruins there are great to explore and a perfect place for photo shoots.

Great welcome, lovely breakfast with so much choice. Beautiful romantic bedroom with four poster bed, so clean with balcony overlooking the little square. Dined in the lovely restaurant next door which served us a fabulous four course meal with wine for 15 euros a head. Totally recommend this place, we loved it!
