I’m Finnish living abroad and stay here every time I’m in town to visit family. Rooms are clean & have all you need (especially for a longer stay if you want to do laundry etc.), the facilities are great (sauna, gym…) and while Sörnäinen isn’t necessarily my favourite area in Helsinki (strong recommendation for the Katajanokka Noli Studio for a lovely area too), it is extremely well-connected with trams, metro and buses, and walking of course which is why I prefer it. I have zero complaints, only thing I would say is to be aware that you are not booking a hotel with hotel breakfasts, massages etc. here, its more of an independent living situation with some great added amenities. They do have super helpful staff, but dont expect to ring the front desk for room service here.

Noli Sörnäinen is well-located with several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a large studio with a panoramic view, which was nicely spacious. The photos made it look a bit better than it actually was, but it wasn't bad. The window offered a beautiful city view, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area. The room came with most kitchen accessories, so you could cook or do laundry if needed. Parking was available for an extra fee, secure and convenient. Great and cheaper alternative to hotel. Very clean, central location near metro, tram, bus stations, late night supermarket, restaurant, sandwich places. Easy process of self check in. My place of stay next time in Helsinki (at the same price).

I was very happy with my short stay in Helsinki. My studio was spacious, warm, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check in was easy and I had no issues using the automated system. I also appreciated the location, which was just a few steps to several bus lines and the metro.

The location is incredibly convenient, offering direct bus access to and from the airport, as well as a direct tram connection to the port for trips to Tallinn. Additionally, accessing the city center is hassle-free. With ample storage space for longer stays, I would gladly choose to reside here for a period of 6 months or more. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom add to the convenience and comfort of the accommodation.

It was graet to have sauna, gym and workspaces. The room came equipped with a nice kitchen (including a dish washer), and had a washing machine. Room was very functional. Cleaning services were every other day, and overall it was very clean. Location is very well connected, all kinds of busses and tram passess by, and it is not too far from center. Food and supermarket options near by.

The studio is clean, well-equipped (there is even a washing machine), beds are comfortable and the location is good (there are some bars and restaurants in the neighborhood).
