Never been to a hotel with better customer service than Arc Élysées, staff are extremely friendly and helps you no matter what. Amazing location which only takes us 4 mins to walk to Champ Elysees and Metro station ( George V) , a lot of great restaurants and stores next to the hotel. Room has very convenient facilities and very clean. We stay there when it’s under construction but I think it’s even better when they finish fixing. Compare the prices to other places near there, and the service we got, I think it’s good price. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for your stay in Paris.
