We were met by the owners on arrival who showed us the apartment we had booked along with a larger one that was available at no additional cost - this was a fantastic touch and a great start to the holiday. The place was clean and extremely well organised - perfect to use as a base or to relax in. The views were lovely and the owners were extremely helpful. we tended to walk into the town but could have utilised the free shuttle service. We made good use of the private pool which was always clean.

Julianna apartments are located on Morzine's southern slope in a quiet, sunny setting 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the village centre and « Super-Morzine » lift. Apartments are fully equipped : dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, nespresso machine , smart tv with international channels, chromecast , playstation 5 etc... You will also have free access to the private heated pool of the residence all year round ( can be covered or not according to the weather ) , a secured local to store your bikes and a private local with a shoes/jacket dryer ( can be very useful for mountain bikers when it’s raining ! ). A common washing machine and dryer are also available. 3 services provided are totally free : - If you need it, we will collect your groceries from the Saint Jean d'Aulps drive through and store them in your fridge ( only in winter ) - We transfer our customers to the ski lift of their choice ( Prodains , Pleney , Ardent..) with our own minibus (both ways, winter only ) - We deliver free pastries and bread baked on site every morning behind your door around 7.30 am ( all year round ) A modest supply of essentials is provided when you arrive (toilet paper, salt, pepper, etc.) , beds are made on arrival and towels provided

The Julianna is a residence of 5 modern spacious apartments, between 75 to 134m². Each hosting between 6 to 10 people with amazing mountain views and traditional chalet decor.This apartment has the following fittings: Fitted kitchen (hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker), playstation 5 Wi-Fi, Smart TV with international channels and Chromecast etc... The Julianna is managed by the Stragliati family. Included in the price : - We cook and deliver bread and croissants every morning ( all year round ) - We drive you to the lift of your choice ( in winter ) - We collect your food shopping ( ordered at carrefour drive ) so that when you get back from the slopes, you have everything you need ( in winter ) - We provide you a secure room to store your bikes ( and a private dryer for shoes and jackets ! ), we also provide you a pipe to clean your bike. Our beautiful heated swimming pool is now open all year round ( can be covered or not according to the weather ) Essentials are provided when you arrive to give you time before you have to stock up (toilet paper, water, salt, pepper, kitchen roll, etc.) and beds are made on arrival . We have a big outdoor parking ! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. At the end of the Winter, we will be adding an official link to Julianna on the existing Ours Blanc website.
