A lovely private place run by the perfect host. Giulia was friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Worth pointing out the brand new high spec bathroom. The large, newly decorated double bedroom, with all mod cons (electric blinds, Netflix on TV. Tea-coffee making station. Large double bed. Wonderful immaculate bed linen and excellent quality towels. We also had access to a fully equipped modern kitchen/dinning room with complementary beers and a juice maker with plenty of fresh fruit. Giulia's husband went to the boulangerie in the morning to get fresh baguettes, pain au chocolat, croissants and other cakes that made breakfast just superb. Allowing us to park in the private yard was a plus. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rouen.

A lovely B&B facility with easy tram access into the city centre, and private off-street parking. Excellent communication and well set up property with kitchen spaces to share and breakfast provided. Rouen was a lovely place to wander and we were given great information by our host about getting around and restaurant recommendations too.

Recently renovated, modernized fixtures and super clean facility. Very good breakfast (I cooked the eggs myself ;-)). Located in a quiet neighborhood of Rouen, with easy street parking (+2 spots in the yard).

Everything about our stay was just perfect. Our room and the living spaces were immaculate. My request for a gluten/lactose free breakfast was taken into account by Julie and Valentin and delivered impeccably with great care and understanding for special dietary requirements. Julie is the most wonderful host and very informative about the local area. On the advice given by Julie we travelled in to Rouen on the local tram just a few minutes walk away.

It was very clean and the interior was stylish. The facilities are also new. The atmosphere of the staff was very nice, they prepared tableware and chairs for small children.

Very friendly and generous Julie and Valentine who own and operate this quite handsomely refurbished place. Clean and efficient with modern style and amenities. Had a wonderful time visiting nearby places including Chateau Gaillard.

The room was recently renovated, very nicely designed, with a very comfortable and impeccable bathroom. It was great having a space to park the car inside the property. Having the kitchen available was very comfortable. The owner accommodated an early arrival. She was very kind and flexible.
