We had an amazing time based on the experience and location.
Staff
Some reception staff just didn't have the right customer service skills you expect but we chose to walk away as it wouldn't be fair to the characters, shop, restaurant/bar, cleaning and concierge treams that were impeccable and really did go out of thier way to build the magical memories the hotel promises thankyou!
Food
We dined at the Royal banquet and the food and experience was unforgettable and well worth the money.

My dream makeover, character dining and princess encounters were amazing, my LO felt extra special as they were greeted as royalty for the whole stay.l
Location and price
You pay for being at the door step to Disneyland and the detail of the hotel decor was perfect.

Just home from a lovely 3 day break at Euro Disney Paris, we stayed at ILodge secondia which was only a 10min walk from the Entrance to the Disney park.
The apartment was very safe, located in a secure apartment complex, it was immaculately clean, had modern decor and was well equipped with everything you would need,it was in close proximity to all local shops/ amenities.
Our host Antonio was on point with all information he provided is in the build up before our arrival.
Bravo!
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Chessy is a little place near to Disneyland (one stop with the train). There is a little supermarket, but not very cheap. Went to the pizzeria opposite to the train station, which was good, but not excellent and like all restaurants in Paris quite expensive. The price for the train ticket to Disneyland is 2,15 Euros, which I think is a lot just for one stop.SharonGermany - 10Scored 10

Superb hotel, it’s massive. Huge long corridors to rooms. Massive proportions and much more luxurious than I expected. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. More fresh fruit and fresh juice would be nice. Lovely walk to parks from hotel, no need to use shuttle bus.

Chessy is one station away from Disneyland Paris, a very clean and quite location, very suitable for families, well facilitated with supermarkets, shopping mall, boulangerie, next to train station and many shops. very easy to access, and very nice if you walk around.

This is the perfect place for a family visiting DISNEYLAND PARIS. Easy to find and to get to and from the parks, very quiet roads between the house and DLP. The accommodation is first class, and parking is easy and secure.

Beautiful hotel less than 3 miles from Disneyland Parks with an on-demand courtesy shuttle people carrier. The staff were extremely welcoming, courteous, friendly and always happy to help (with a smile on their faces). We never had to wait more than 10 mins for the shuttle once we asked (sometimes it was immediate). The pool was lovely and clean (and a nice temperature). There is a very handy kitchenette in the room with fridge etc. Very useful. There is a large shopping mall nearby (6 min (ish) walk with a supermarket and an outlet village just another 5 mins walk). Obviously for kids, there are no Disney characters. For adults, there are no Disney characters ha ha.MaryUnited Kingdom

Bus is extremely convenient and takes only 10min. There is also a car park if you prefer. There are lots of great local shops in Chessy (2min walking distance) to this apartment if you like to cook for yourself. Surprising amenities if you are travelling with young kids e.g step stools, toys, books, potty/toilet etc. Terasse really nice.JasonCanada
