Before reservation, I went through many hotels in booking.com. This hotel had the best reviews in Google too. And I agree, this was best choise to stay here. Personal was very friendly, location very nice - 20 min walking to center, Luvra, Mouling rouge, Montmartre. Delicious breakfast and free minibar. Also the snacks in lobby :) and very quiet.
