This studio flat is A GEM! It actually looks even better in real life than it does on pictures. AND THE VIEW!!! It’s also perfectly located and very well equipped. The host, Alfonso,was quick to reply to our messages and Mariza, the concierge was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend!

Super equipped studio with a stunning view of the terrace. Great shower. Everything you might need in the kitchen. Espresso machine. Modern fridge with fast ice making part which is super important when it is hot. Chairs for the beach. Super nice concierge. Really comfortable apartment with vintage details.

The location was spectacular in Nice and the view was unreal. The host Alfonso was so kind, and extremely responsive, I’ve never had a host so genuinely interested in ensuring his guests enjoy the property. This unit exceeded all expectations, seriously. We finished a 2 week business trip through busy Paris and Zurich etc with a several days of rest planned at Alfonso’s, best decision ever! Close enough to walk into the more touristy areas in the evening for dinner, yet just far enough not to be bothered by noise or traffic. 20min walk to the train station as well, we got around the French Riviera very well. Extremely safe area as well, and many local cute eateries nearby. We often visited a Boulangerie for pastries and coffee to enjoy on the terrace all morning. It was a perfect stay! We would book this again in a heart beat!

Lejligheden er lækker og hyggeligt indrettet, med god plads til tøj og anden bagage. Der er en dejlig stor balkon med masser af sol, hvor man kan sidde og spise. Vi blev venligt modtaget og fik vist lejligheden frem. Lejligheden er lys og har en fantastisk udsigt over Middelhavet med palmertræer i forgrunden.

Der Vermieter war sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Von einem wundervollen Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer hat man wirklich eine traumhafte Aussicht. Die Linie L2 und der Bus 12 bieten eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, so dass man gut ohne PKW auskommt. In Monte Carlo ist man mit dem Bus in einer Stunde. Tolle Bäckereien sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Semplicemente perfetto: la posizione centrale, i servizi pubblici ed il supermarket a 2 minuti, l’ottimo gusto nell’arredamento, la disponibilità degli elettrodomestici, anche due piccole sedie da spiaggia con l’ombrellone. L’accoglienza e la cortesia dimostrate sia da Alfonso,il proprietario, che da Katis e Marisa, le concierge, ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Garage disponibile su richiesta nello stesso immobile.
