Great communication with Andrew the owner. Convenient location and parking, ground floor easy access. Very comfortable bed and sofa, well-equipped kitchen. Patio doors and outside seating. Delightfully quirky fireplace which is also very efficient if you need warmth. Spacious, quiet and spotless. Short walk to bus stop for St Ives, I recommend taking the frequent buses rather than driving and parking in town as the car parks are tricky to find and expensive. Local shops in Carbis Bay for basics, a few restaurants and takeaways and a large Tesco nearby. The welcome pack of Cornish tea and coffee, fresh milk and delicious Cornish biscuits was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcome to Oceano. A contemporary and freshly refurbished ground floor apartment, located to the rear of a modern quiet development. An ideal base to walk to the golden sands and crystal waters of Carbis Bay beach which stretch across to St Ives along a scenic two-mile coastal path, or hop on a regular bus or train to enjoy the galleries, shops, beautiful beaches, dining options and pasties! I recommend taking the train to St Ives from nearby Carbis Bay station - the views are stunning The space There is a free parking space outside the property. The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed with quality bedding and a double wardrobe complete with shelves and drawers for your use. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area includes a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, it comes with a fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven with hob and extractor hood. Enjoy dinner for two at the dining table or watch the 50” wall hung smart tv, with access to your favourite channels and apps (by logging in to your accounts) which can be viewed in comfort by relaxing on the chaise sofa in front of the wall hung funky fire! The shower room has an invigorating power shower and a basin with a stylish waterfall tap.
