We had come down for the air show, the flat was lovely , clean . It was so nice to have a washing machine . Have windows that opened nice and wide which was great to have the sea breeze. Bed was lovely and comfortable. We had a great time as we had the beach close, close to shops and restaurants.I really would say if you want to stay in a clean comfortable flat choose this one .

Beautiful, characterful little 1 Bed flat, perfectly situated in the city centre, within a 3-minute walk to the Beach & Bournemouth Concert Pavilion, 5 Minute Walk to the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC)... & 18-minute walk to the Bournemouth Train Station! Sea view from the bedroom window! Well Behaved Dogs are allowed - Fee applies (45 pounds) Please arrange in advance... Directly opposite the Royal Bath Hotel. The entrances & hallway offer the added safety & security of monitored CCTV systems. All linen, pillows, duvet & towels etc are included & the bed will be freshly made, all ready for you.. The Russel Cotes museum is only a short walk away. Miles of sandy beaches await you. Sandbanks, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch & beyond... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please leave the property in a clean & tidy condition, as you found it. We do reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee if we need more than 2 hours to have the property ready for the next guests. Any illegal Activity will result in immediate eviction, with no refund. Please show respect to all other residents of the building, including no excessive noise levels. The quiet times are 9pm to 7am. Check-out time is 10am, we need to have everything timely ready for the next guests Departing the property later than 10am, without prior arrangement with the owner, will result in a 50 pounds per hour excess charge. No babies, infants, toddlers or children can visit or stay due to the dangers of height/ windows and stairwells.
