Situated within the historic Rowntree Wharf building. Newly developed Cocoa Suites reflect the former use of the building as the place the cocoa beans were stored before going to the chocolate factory. The Suites have been tastefully developed with a modern decor to a high spec Spacious studios feature a modern equipped kitchen and superb bathroom with large shower . The seating area,bed and dining table all contribute to a comfortable home from home. Views from the window overlook the river Foss. Cocoa Suites have a secure entry system and a lift to all floors. If you plan to arrive by car then please contact me after booking for the various options available for parking.

Cocoa Suites are just 5 minute walk from the centre .Located beside the river Foss it is a peaceful location in the heart of the city. The Shambles,Minster,Jorvik Museum,Cliffords Tower and Bar Walls are just a few minutes walk away. With its many attractions young and old alike will find plenty to delight them. From guided tours, Railway Museum, Chocolate themed attractions or just shopping make sure you stay long enough to experience it all. 2 famous chocolate makers were based in York Terrys (chocolate orange) and Rowntrees (Kit Kat) now known as Nestle. Cocoa suites is closely linked to Rowntrees being located in what was once their cocoa bean warehouse. We are blessed with hundreds of places to eat. From the chains you all know and love to small individual independant eateries. Fossgate is a great place to seek these out. Pubs,wine bars,clubs,theatres are aplenty. We are also well placed for trips to the nearby Coast and Country.
