As Advertised the property does not have parking and do not offer breakfast as guests prefer to make the most of all the lovely places nearby at a time that suits them and will get free on street parking by following the information and parking tips that will be sent by the host. The apartments have a parking space but not the rooms. Your booking is not confirmed until you have replied to the hosts email to check that you have seen the room pictures and description, as the rooms are in a 16th century cottage that retains many character features, such as a Norfolk Winder Staircase, beams and original doorways. There is also a room on the ground floor for guests that prefer no stairs. The Apartments are in newer modern buildings on separate listings or can be booked direct for the best rate and information. All with their own fridge, comfortable beds per reviews, a sitting area, widescreen TV’s, Wifi, shower ensuite and some rooms enjoy a partial street harbour seaview (rarely available in Norfolk). The property also have a cleaning policy asking guests to leave the room as clean as found as they do voluntary work with vulnerable people locally.

RENOVATIONS: We are undergoing renovations in our 16th century cottage Jan to Apr 2024 but this will not impact the enjoyment of your stay.
