United KingdomWe originally booked the Waterloo Hotel but our reservation was switched to the Grassmarket Hotel which we enjoyed better. The view of Edinburgh Castle was stunning from our balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Great facilities, will be back!

Room was roomy, very tidy and clean, warm and we had a wonderful view through the window. Personal was very kind and helpful. Food was great. And pool was warm enough. We definitely will come back here next year.

Dinner was served in the bar rather than the restaurant which was a little disappointing given that due to lockdown no other restaurants were open and we found a plaster in the pool suggesting it was wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Loved our stay though. Room was upgraded as it was our anniversary, which was lovely and a congratulations card was left which was a really nice touch. Great location. Great stay.
