What a gem of a guest house. In Perth for a conference, just a 10 min walk into town centre, perfect. Parking on site an added bonus. My room was immaculate, bed comfy, en-suite too. The room was decorated perfectly. A lovely room. Then there’s breakfast, what a treat. Such a selection, I’d stay again either for work or on a wee break.
