Location was great, near underground stations Barons Cour and West Kensington. Pickadilly line line from Heathrow 30 mins and 20 mins to city. Kitchen was almost new with all needed items for cooking. Good fridge/freezer. Free coffee/tea bags. There was no armchair but they bring a new one during our stay.

Excellently located for exploration of London, grocery stores and restaurants close by (Barons Court & North End Road). Very responsive and supportive staff. Everything neat and clean despite my arrival only few hours after booking. Weekly maintenance checks address issues before even being reported.

On arrival at the Baron's Court address, I wanted to check for the Access details only to find I'd been mailed advising me the Apartment had been changed due to need for repairs caused by the previous tenant. We had been redirected to another address -10/15 minutes drive away. On arrival at the new place, the shock we had was that while the entrance to the apartment was on the 3rd floor the actual apartment was in the loft... a fourth floor and there was No Elevator! It was quite harrowing lifting 4 large suitcases 4 floors... It however turned out to be a beautifully done 1-bed apartment. Everything within was perfect... just what we needed. I'd love to stay again but please on a lower floor.

Posizione perfetta. Pulizia ottima. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Appartamento molto caldo ( la temperatura esterna era intorno ai 2 gradi) . Era un piacere tornare a casa e potersi riscaldare.

L'emplacement de l'appartement, dans un quartier calme et à deux pas d'une station de métro était top. Belle vue sur les terrains de tennis et à proximité de rues commerçantes. La literie était très confortable et voyageant avec nos deux adolescents, nous avions un bel espace dans l'appartement, nous n'étions pas à l'étroit. La cuisine avait tout ce qu'il fallait et il ya fait de l'espace dans les armoires, des serviettes, un aspirateur, une machine à laver, bref il ne manquait rien.
