With everything spotlessly clean, fresh linen, fluffy towels and all they need to start there holiday. There is also a welcome information folder in the apartment which, contains a wealth of information everything from train times, beach safety, maps to ideas for great days out. Also as I live close by I am able to ensure that standards are kept high and that guests always have a friendly point of call through their whole holiday experience from the moment you enquire you will be able to contact me direct.

This splendid coastal apartment offers great accessibility to St Ives town centre and a multitude of surrounding golden sandy beaches. For walkers we are on the South West Coastal path which can be followed from the apartment either along the path into St Ives or in the other direction along the sand dunes and cliffs to Lelant and the Lelant Saltings. The popular West Cornwall Golf Club with its stunning views of St Ives Bay & Godrevy Lighthouse, is only a short drive away. St Ives is only a few minutes drive away and has a wealth of art galleries, boutique shops, museum, restaurants, bars, pubs, and cafes but not to forget the stunning scenery and beaches. Beachside Apartment really does make the perfect base to have many an adventure exploring all the local attractions. Local Facilities: The nearest supermarket is a Tesco which is less than a 5 minute drive off the main A3074 road in to St Ives.
