This delightful ROOM ONLY AND NO MEAL OPTION self-contained suite (approx 34m2) is in a wing of our family home; it boasts a supremely comfortable super-king mattress and has a large sofa, bistro set, wall-mounted flatscreen SMART TV and a generous ensuite bathroom with a 'rain' shower. You have your own entry point affording you 24-hour access, giving both freedom and privacy. No meals are provided, but tea/coffee making facilities are in the room. Free on-site parking for 2 cars. Complimentary guest WiFi.The room is spacious, airy and light. The superking is the award-winning "Emma' mattress and guests regularly comment on its superb level of support and comfort. The room has black-out blinds to further aid an excellent night's sleep. Large mirrored wardrobes provide plenty of storage space and the rain shower is always a hit with guests. Underfloor heating in the bathroom during cooler months provides an additional layer of comfort. The room has plates, bowls and cutlery for guests wishing to self cater their breakfast.
We really enjoy sharing our love of the local area and Cornwall in general with guests and are available for help, support, suggestions and recommendations throughout the stay.
The property is very conveniently situated between Carbis Bay and St Ives in a quiet, popular and well regarded residential area. Tesco supermarket is a 5 min walk; The Cornish Arms pub is 2 mins walk. Tregenna Castle estate and golf course are a 5 mins walk. Carbis Bay Estate and Spa is 15 mins walk. Una, St Ives and its impressive spa complex and restaurant is open to non-residents and just a short drive. Blue Flag beaches are within easy walking distance.
