A well located property. Handy for the beach, towns and holiday activities. Close to the A39, but far enough not to hear it. In fact a very peaceful rural spot. Owner was absent, but caretaking staff were pleasant and helpful. The room and ensuite shower room were small, but had the essentials (particularly a very comfortable bed). Due to the short duration of our stay, we didn't utilise all the facilities (eg the shared lounge and the offer of cooked food) so can't comment on them. Accommodation was perfectly good enough for our overnight stay.
