Conference Aston operates a no smoking policy throughout the hotel and conference centre, including the central courtyard area. If guests wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area which is available outside the main reception. Please be advised that guests who do smoke in the bedrooms will be charged GBP 50.00 to cover specialist room cleaning. The Swimming Pool is managed separately to the hotel and opening times may vary due to coronvirus considerations. The Swimming Pool is therefore subject to availability and not guaranteed as part of your reservation. Only residents named on the hotel bedroom reservation will be permitted access to the hotel. Non-resident guests are not permitted to stay within guest accommodation without a valid reservation. The hotel operates a code of conduct for all guests staying at the venue in any capacity and is available online or by contacting the hotel in advance.
