This studio flat is a lovely new property with access to private outside space with a table and chairs. We welcome families with children, pets and adults. Enjoy a double bed and brand new large sofa bed. Try your morning coffee from Dolce Gusto coffee machine. This studio flat is located 10 minute-drive from Sandbanks beach and 15 minutes from Bournemouth central beach. Bus stop is a 2 minute-walk. Our new studio flat has an open-plan kitchen with all amenities - over, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster - fulfilling all culinary needs. The bathroom features shower, sink and toilet. The living room space features table with chairs, TV, wardrobe, lovely double bed and large new sofa bed - we can host up to 4 adults. You will have access to a private patio with table and chairs. The flat is located on the ground floor with easy access. We are located north part of Bournemouth with easy access to the airport, New forest, Poole and endless parks and playgrounds. This is a calming and relaxing space for solo travelers, couples or families. Designated off road parking space in front of the house. Guests to let themselves in using keys stored in the lockbox.
We are a family of 3 (soon 4) and we love socializing with people, however we understand that guests may prefer privacy. We are next door, so please feel free to chat with us if you wish to. If you need anything specific such as blender for your cooking or anything else, let us know and we may be able to make it available for you.
If you are into water sports try Surf Academy, if you like cycling New Forest is perfect. For walking Stourhead, Upton Park, New Forest, Jurassic Park are worth to consider. There are also local walks such as Knighton Heath or Kinson Common. Bournemouth Center has a lot to offer: Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf, amusement park, beach, pubs and restaurants. Fantastic Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral is an hour away. On the way visit Kinson Lacy - walk and castle. Don't forget beautiful nature of Studland Bay and Harry Rocks. Number one in Bournemouth is of course vast area of sandy beaches and heathland. Corfe Castle is definitely worth to visit. New Forest has Liberty's Owl, Raptor & Reptile Centre to offer, as well as, great walks. City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour - see timetable in the property. For boat trips Poole Harbour will take you to Brownsea Island. Poole Harbour & Island Cruise has numerous boat trips to various places. You may choose to spend a day visiting Christchurch Castle, Norman House, church and walking by the Quay.
