The location and parking was excellent. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. We really liked the traditional style of the cottage and we thought the description given was accurate and fair.

Hi we are Hayley and Louise, we call ourselves, Host my Home, we have been managing properties for both ourselves and our clients since 2016. We are a small family run business (3 sisters) hosting properties on behalf of owners who do not live locally or are too busy to manage it themselves. Please feel free to ask any questions, we pride ourselves on our quick responses and knowledge of the local area. The cottage is accessible via a key safe so you can arrive at your convenience, the key safe is located outside the private entrance .

Property information

Tregarthen cottage is a quaint cottage in the heart of Marazion with parking, situated 5 minutes walk from the center of Marazion, and 10 minutes walk from the Magical St Michaels Mounts. The cottage boasts a real woodburner and maintains many of its original features, with bright garden views from the bedroom and living room the cottage is the perfect cosy home away from home to discover all the West Country has to offer. There are steps going down to get to the cottage, the properties kitchen area is quaint with oven, kettle, toaster, stove top and mini fridge there is also a microwave.

Marazion is one of the oldest chartered towns in the UK, with plenty of charm and a friendly welcome for visitors. Explore the quaint streets, lined with beautiful old cottages and elegant merchants' houses, a reminder of its history as a busy tin trading port. Gorgeous Sandy beach and the beautiful St Michaels Mount make this small town picture perfect and a place you will always remember. :) The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the cottage, for buses to Penzance or St Ives.
