The hotel was absolutely amazing. Superior quality throughout from the staff to the food to the bed linen. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. Will be my go to hotel from now on.

The service is second to none, both Concierge and reception are all so lovely and friendly. It may be one of the finest hotels, but there is no snootiness and everyone makes you feel very special and very welcome.

We were in room 6 on the ground floor and it was very quiet (windows have secondary glazing). Mini bar in our room was best I have seen. Really enjoyed sitting in the lounge area upstairs and the honesty bar there is a bonus. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

United KingdomThe location is amazing, slap bang in the middle of Covent Garden! The breakfast is much better than your average London hotel and offers a lovely array of fresh fruit, yoghurts & pastries as well as beautiful, cooked to order, hot options. Highly recommend :-)
