Two bedroom 'Beach Side' apartment at the ever popular Atlantic Bay Flats, Perranporth. Overlooking the beautiful Perranporth sand dunes, with parking. Dog friendly. No added extra costs. Heating, electric and WiFi all included. A view of Perranporths’ sand dunes from the living room and double bedroom make this apartment a great place to stay, without the need to venture out to enjoy it's surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room, comfy beds and mattresses and fresh decorating to make for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is located on the first floor with two small sets of steps up to the entrance. Kitchen appliances: Washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. Living room: 4/5 seater sofa, armchair, smart TV to watch all your favourites, WiFi, 4 seater folding leaf table and chairs and heating. Bathroom: Curved screen shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wash basin with storage drawers and loo. Bedroom 1: Window overlooking sand dunes, comfy double bed, clothes hanging areas and heating. Bedside tables and under bed storage for cases etc. Bedroom 2: Smaller window overlooking Atlantic Bay, clothes hanging area and bedside table with drawers
My name is Becky and I own Dunes View along with my husband, Darrel. We love Cornwall and have holidayed here for many years with our children, Joe and Evie, so decided to take the plunge and purchase a little flat so that we can enjoy the Cornish lifestyle whenever we like. We love our flat and particularly enjoy its close proximity to the gorgeous sand dunes and beach - hope you like it too!
Located on the rugged North Cornwall Coast, Perranporth is only a short distance from many of Cornwall's superb attractions. Nestling beautifully amongst rolling hills and areas of outstanding natural beauty, Perranporth with it's three miles of golden sands, clear waters, spectacular cliff walks and famous surf, attracts visitors from all over the world.
