Located in a peaceful spot in Penzance with an enclosed pet friendly sunny courtyard garden, yet conveniently positioned to enjoy the vibrant and creative atmosphere and historic charm of Penzance and the long and breathtaking seafront overlooking Mounts Bay. Not only is it a great location to enjoy days out at the local sandy beaches, it is within easy reach of other popular Cornish towns, villages and coves such as St Ives which is only 8 miles away and can be visited via Penzance train station which is a short walk down the hill. The space There is a free allocated parking space and extra free parking is available on the road leading to the property. Well behaved dogs are welcome and the patio garden is secure for them. We have a new wall hung smart tv so you can access your favourite channels and apps by logging in to your own accounts. The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed. The second bedroom has two small single beds which can be linked together to make a king size bed. Please let us know if this is required in advance so we can prepare this for your arrival.

You will notice how peaceful this tucked away position is, with the benefit of being in easy reach of the town, local beaches and other attractions. Some ideas to try; For keen walkers there is a stunning coastal footpath which takes you to the dog friendly golden sands of Longrock beach, stretching on to Marazion where you’ll find a big play park and St Michaels Mount. Parking is also available for little legs or if you want to load the car with beach gear. Take a stroll into town to enjoy the local restaurants, galleries and museums. Have a swim at Jubilee salt water lido and heated geothermal pool located along the picturesque promenade. Regular day trips to the Isles of Scilly leave from the nearby harbour and heliport. Penzance train station, half a mile walk down the hill, can take you to St Ives and Carbis Bay, changing at St Erth (approx 20 mins) saving you the hassle of finding somewhere to park at this much loved destination. Penzance mainline train station is serviced by a number of popular direct routes from stations such as London Paddington, Reading, Cardiff Central, Bristol Temple Meads, Taunton, Exeter St Davids and Plymouth.
