Inn On The Coast, hotel in Portrush

Just metres from the rugged cliffs of Portrush, Inn on the Coast has magnificent views towards Ramore Head.

We visited for the first time with our dog. We were a little nervous as we had not brought our dog away with us before (and he's a little barky with other dogs and new people). However, the staff made us feel very welcome, they provided water bowls and treats for the dog in the restaurant and the room which was a nice touch + dinner and breakfast in the hotel were delicious as well! We had a lovely experience overall.

If you want a beach holiday with rocky walks and scenery thrown in then this is a good place. Easy bus ride away (two an hour) is the Giant’s Causeway. The helpful tourist office in the town hall has timetables and can tell you where the bus stop is as it’s located in an odd place. Not so much to do in wet weather conditions but good places to eat that had plenty of room.

Great area to explore plenty to do for kids and lovely beaches. Lots of options for food and plenty of places to walk and explore. Just a pity the weather wasn’t great when we were there but still enjoyed it!

Lovely town on the North Coast to base yourself for all the excursions around. Fantastic beaches and plenty of good food places. Weather can change at a moments notice with sun, rain and the wrath of the Atlantic all in a day, come prepared. If you golf there are excellent golf courses.

As long as weather is good there is no better place to be than at Portrush. The beaches the food the pubs all great and the people always make you welcome. General shopping would be limited however, but in reality when you go to portrush your not really wanting to shop.

I scheduled in Portrush because of a visit to Giants Causeway. I was pleasantly surprised with the city. It is a very clean upscale beach town. My only regret is not realizing The Harbour bar was also a restaurant. We did end up eating in a more trendy "European" restaurant and did not discover Harbour Bar until after dinner. As a traveler from the US, I would have preferred the old friendly feeling to The Harbour Bar and wish it popped up in a search for restaurants on Google.

A familu friendly place and very welcoming. Plenty to do, with the beach, currys amusements and shops and cafes. The Jet centre and the giants causeway was a short drive and portstewart close by. Lovely place.

The Royal Court in Portrush is a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. We were met by a very pleasant and efficient lady named Louise at reception when we arrived. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities you needed. The staff were very helpful and Ronnie in the lounge area even organised tea, coffee and delicious desserts for us that evening, as the restaurant had closed when we arrived. A lovely breakfast the next morning completed our visit. Definitely a place that we would visit again.

The place is gorgeous. Denise is the incredible, the most helpful and understanding host. Unfortunately because of cancelled trains I was able to stay only 1 night here instead of 2 (which I regret incredibly!), still we were able to handle it with Denise graciously. As were said before the place is even better in real life than on pictures. Made me even think if maybe I should move to Ireland :) Thank you for having me and would definitely recommend Primrose Place Portrush for everyone.

Food was good. And the location of the hotel has great views of the Atlantic ocean and the surrounding headlands This hotel is in a great location for anyone wanting to see the local attractions, like the giants causeway, Dunluce Castle and the Bushmills whiskey distillery . There is also great restaurants here. And anyone interested in walking, there is a beach to walk along. Portrush is a lovely town to have a short holiday in. Thanks again to the staff in the Portrush Atlantic Hotel.

Our first visit to Portrush and we were fortunate to find an amazing place to stay. I cant think of anything negative to say about this beautiful house. It was perfect in every way. Fabulous location, amazing sea view. The owners have thought about everything you would need for a home from home place to stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel has the best site in Portrush, with stunning sea views. The room we stayed in was fantastic value and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic to finally stay in a hotel that provides a dressing table with plug sockets and a mirror side by side. The beds were extremely comfortable and we both slept well.

Spacious place, all updated. Nice amenities - new appliances, coffee/tea and biscuits are left for you. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, the twin room a bit small but totally fine. Easy walk to town and beaches (10 - 15 min). Nice outdoor space. Portrush is a wonderful beach town to visit.

Although it is a B&B I think it deserves to be a mini hotel. Rooms are excellent , great size very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of serials, juices, fruit etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The B&B is in 15 minutes walking distance to Portrush.

We loved everything. The staff is lovely: from receptionists to the staff in charge of the breakfast (which was delicious, by the way). The bed was supercomfortable and the room was always warm (no cold at all). We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend Adelphi hotel.
