Quietly tucked away behind Marine Parade on the seafront in Lyme Regis is this wonderful ground floor apartment. Good quality accommodation for couples or small families. Contemporary and modern the apartment enjoys direct access to the seafront by way of a "secret passageway" the property sleeps a maximum 4 Adults but can sleep up to 5, there are 2 bedrooms one room has a king size bed the other 2 single beds with a 3rd pull out small single (suitable for a child only) there is a bathroom with both bath and shower a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher there is also a washing machine  situated in the boiler cupboard the lounge/diner is a good size with dining table that seats 6 an Armchair and 2 sofas, super fast fibre wifi and a smart TV There is a sunroom with built in window seat, a lovely reading corner to sit relax and listen to the sea! Flat 1 Also benefits from a new Feature of a courtyard style Garden seating area NEW for 2021 for use by flat 1 onlyA welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea ,coffee and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats
Matt and Marie welcome you to Teneriffe and hope you enjoy you stay The flat doesn't come with parking but you can park at Charmouth Road car park DT7 3DR or Holmbush Car Park DT7 3HX at a fee of 8 pounds per 24 hours this can be topped up using the Just park app there are also 3 town car parks When you arrive you will gain keys from a key safe but if you have any questions we live in Lyme Regis and can help you with any information needed
A fantastic property in the heart of Lyme Regis just a stone throw from the sea front with many restaurants cafes and pubs and equally close to the town centre making this a most enviable position in Lyme Regis.
