This 4 storey, former sea Captain’s house dating back to the early 1900’s, offers unique panoramic views of St. Ives. Staring out of the many windows, you’ll see quaint, tiled roofs tumbling down to the bustling harbour’s edge, the sea, the horizon and beyond. Stretching out into the distance, framed by the arms of the bay, ever-changing under the famous ethereal sunlight of St Ives, you’ll be able to wallow in what are perhaps the most beautiful views in town. Our Apartments Perched above St. Ives, and yet only a stones throw away from both the beaches and town centre, Pednolver comprises of three spacious apartments, each filled with character, beauty and quirky period features which blend together to create a unique sense of homely comfort and opulent serenity.
Welcome to Pednolver, welcome home... My family and I have been renting out Pednolver apartments for many years now and we take great pride in making sure our apartments are as lovely as possible for your holiday. Sea views from almost every window, big comfy sofas and beds and all the creature comforts needed to make you feel at home.
St. Ives is one of the best towns in the world (although we might be a little biased), let alone Cornwall. Bustling with bars, restaurants and not to mention the 5 or 6 beaches, this little seaside community has it all. If the sun's shining head towards the beach, build sand castles with the kids, drink cocktails at the beach bars, surf the waves of Porthmeor or stand up paddle board across the bay. Head to the harbour front for a pasty, looking out for the seagulls of course, then perhaps a pint in the world famous 14th century Sloop Inn. Finish off with a wonderful Cornish ice cream ot tradtional cream tea. If it's not quite so sunny, check out some of the many award winning cafes and restaurants that line the streets of our town. Eat local mackerel, good old fashioned fish and chips, try some Cornish crab, and devour some beautiful fillets of local hake. above all, just indulge yourself in the bounty of the sea that St. Ives offers. If art's more your thing, head to the Tate St. Ives, the Leach Pottery, the Barabara Heworth museum or even better, any of the 50 or so smaller galleries spread around the hidden backstreets of this lovely little seaside town.
