Spacious apartment on the 5th floor with a very well equipped kitchen. There was no noise from neighbouring apartments, or the public corridor. There is more than enough storage space. The twin beds and the sofa were very comfortable. Service from staff in the office on the ground floor was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good sized TV - appropriate to the size of the room. We understand the apartment benefits from 2 parking spaces, with at least on being in the locked and gated car park at the rear of the building, close to the entrance and lifts - guests are provided with a key fob to open the car park gates.

A fabulous penthouse apartment in the heart of Poole town centre. This fifth floor property benefits from two balconies with views over the harbour. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with lift access, this apartment is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous wonderful restaurants and bars, five minutes walk to the main shopping area and just a minutes` walk from the Quay and all its activities. Beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. A spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with doors to balcony – views of the old town and towards Cobbs Quay. Fully fitted kitchen. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite (separate shower cubicle), doors to the balcony with views of the old town. Second bedroom (3ft twin beds or 6ft zip & link superkingsize double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over). Second balcony situated opposite the apartments front door – views to Poole Quay. Parking - This property also benefits from one parking space within a private large double garage on the developments own secure parking area, The second space is available in the garage on request at no extra charge.

Poole is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Our harbour is the second biggest natural harbour in the World, after Sydney, and whether you are by it, on it, or in it, it’s a stunning sight! Poole is also a great base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the Purbecks to the East, and Britain’s newest National Park, the New Forest, to the East. Poole is the place to come for outdoor activity. We have wind-surfing schools, kite-surfing, kayaking tours, fishing excursions, Brownsea Island, and some of the best sandy beaches in Europe – all on our doorstep! And for those who fancy stretching their legs with a post-lunch stroll try the South-West Coastal Path, which starts right here! For the adults, the Georgian Old Town and Quay offer a great variety of food and drink, with excellent bars and restaurants offering a huge choice of cuisine.
