Kingsley Cottage B & B provides a tranquil haven set within 2 acres of woodland, mostly given over to the local wildlife, and with approximately 200 metres of riverbank alongside the River Torridge. We're an ideal base for many walking and cycling routes and are also perfectly located if you just require a peaceful retreat to relax, unwind, read, paint, write or do nothing at all. Black Torrington is a beautiful, charming village with an extremely friendly community. There is a pub within the village that serves food or you can take a pleasant mile long walk to the next village of Sheepwash where you'll find a community shop and another wonderful pub, also serving great food. Travel further afield by car and find the excellent surfing beaches that Devon is renowned for, visit a whole host of pretty harbour towns or experience the breathtaking views on Dartmoor.
