Perfectly situated for our needs with 2 dogs and older children but would suit families with small children. Located between two country parks but close enough for beach days, town exploration and fun day's out Hot tub fabulous and maintained regularly. Garden is superb and rooms/facilities are smashing. Everything you would need is catered for from an iron to a hair dryer and games Host was accommodating and nothing was too much trouble Definitely on our list to return
