The staff were so friendly, the location was perfect and the room was lovely too!
United KingdomIt isn't easy to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed during essential travel through covid and lockdown but somehow these guys managed it. I have only good things to say. Room was as advertised, kitchen and amenities were more than enough to cook 3 full meals a day and clean up after yourself. Everything was up to health and safety standards including no lift sharing, easily accessible sanitiser, and visible frequent cleaning. Good job to the designers of the room. They made good use of the furnishings and space. Everything was functional, practical, clean, and pretty. Best part of the stay was the 24-hr staff. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Thanks to Jess, Anu, Che, Palma and everyone who was there during my stay. Would love to come back during better travel times.

I know London extremely well so I knew where to go but most foreign travelers will find the city area a little quiet. The staff handled a problem I had with my room, they were fast and efficient and always a pleasure.
