Property information

This detached barn is a stylish bolthole for those who want to get away from it all. Enter the private large enclosed garden through electric gates where you will find ample parking. Go into the light and airy retreat and settle in for a snug evening with a bottle of wine and a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen is cleverly fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and breakfast bar, perfect for cooking a lazy breakfast in bed, or a light supper. There is also a useful contemporary shower room with a shower and WC off the lounge/diner, which is great if you wish to bring an additional guest as the lounge has a sofa bed. The stylish king-size bedroom is a stone's throw from the living accommodation step outside and through another door and sleep tight after a busy day exploring. The contemporary en-suite shower room has a shower and WC. Outside you'll find an enclosed large secluded garden, with al fresco dining furniture and a paddock for your four-legged friends to explore. Here you can enjoy the sunshine with your favourite drink whilst planning the next day’s adventures.

This beautiful detached barn is situated down a private lane, located close to the popular village of Winford. Charming village pubs are in abundance with one in Winford and three in Chew Magna just four miles. There are many walks accessible from the property and it is perfectly located to enjoy the area's must-see locations. Visit the historic spa city of Bath, the metropolitan city of Bristol, the picturesque scenery of Cheddar Gorge and Caves, and Wells, the smallest cathedral city in England as well as the local lakes of Blagdon and Chew Valley for keen fisherman. Also, conveniently located for Bristol airport three miles away. The sandy beach at Weston-Super-Mare is also worth a visit offering a taste of the traditional English seaside.
