Our home is a light and airy chalet bungalow; located in the beautiful Dorset town of Christchurch, ideal to explore the local area. A 5 minute walk to numerous restaurants and eateries, cinema and theatre, the rail station is just a short walk with links to the New Forest, London, Brockenhurst, Southampton, Bournemouth and Poole. The large light newly decorated double bedroom with plantation shutters, is an eclectic mix of modern and antique, has a comfortable memory foam mattress, tea and coffee facilities, TV, maps, information and books of interest in your room. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and storage space. There is also plenty of space to keep your bikes safely if so needed behind gates. I welcome one well behaved quiet non moulting dog at six pounds cash per night payable on arrival, they must have own food, bed, and towels etc. There are complimentary cereals for breakfast. Check-in is between 4-7pm, check-out 10am.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home which is a 1930s chalet bungalow. A work from home designer and artist that works with driftwood, up-cycles and paints furniture, sews various items for in and around the home, including garden art with a difference. Our home is shared with Ben a Labrador Spaniel cross, a pleasure to be around, playful but well behaved. Enjoy working but in spare time love gardening, walking and campervaning!
My home is in a quiet road close to the town centre, Christchurch Quay (The Quomps) and riverside is just a short stroll away. Famous long golden sandy beaches, the River Stour and the Avon are in walking distance that offer ferry trips out to Mudeford Spit and the New Forest is just a five minute journey away; either by car or nearby Christchurch train station.
