Some things to note when making your booking with us here at the Novotel York centre. If you are paying for your booking in advance you may be required to present the card used on arrival at the property. The hotel is fully cashless so please be prepared for that. If you are booking a room with children please make a note of this in the comment section when making your booking anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and parent or legal guardian and you may bay asked for ID as proof of age. Any third person representative named by the parents prior to arrival must provide proof of ID and written authorisation signed by the parent. In a quest to enhance our guest experience our swimming pool is closed indefinitely as we undergo a full pool refurbishment. The works will be carried out from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and will not cause any disruption to your stay however we do apologise in advance if the pool closure causes any inconvenience to your stay.
