Very cute room to stay in. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. The garden and pool are a plus. Amazing location to explore that part of Cornwall. Only a 15-minute walk to the coast.

Falmouth, St Ives, and Newquay are just a 20 min drive away . There is an outdoor above ground pool onsite for your enjoyment. Staying here also allows you access to the shared garden, private patio area and barbecue. As a self-catering studio, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The studio is a bit quirky as the stairs to the bathroom are quite steep so wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues. This studio sleeps 2, in 2 single beds There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, a hair dryer and iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. Minimum stay at this property 3 nights.
