Welcome to our guest house located in the village of St Agnes along the coast of Cornwall. The property is characterful and has its own traditional charm. We are a small family run business. We offer no frills traditional guesthouse atmosphere. There is ample parking on site and a large lawned garden. We do not provide breakfast, some of our rooms have full kitchenettes suitable for preparing meals, the others have just a microwave/kettle/toaster/minifridge, suitable for breakfast preperation and readymeals etc. The property is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. St Agnes is an award winnning village in on the North Coast of Cornwall. It retains an authentic, traditional atmosphere in the village. With plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The village is in close proximity to the coastal path which boasts some of the most beautiful and dramatic landscapes in the country. The local beach, Trevaunance Cove, is a charming small beach which always impresses its visitors! Surf is good at Trevaunance and Perranporth (10min drive).
