I know the area very well as I grew up nearby. Needed somewhere to stay for a relatives 40th party and it was walkable from there. The flat is really big and the bed was comfortable. I was delighted to be staying a few doors up from where my grandmother was born!

Great decor, very comfortable beds, warm rooms, large bath towels. Lovely home-made food and a good choice of it - with huge portions! Views out over hills and fields. Owners and staff were friendly and professional.

The B&B wasn’t open as advertised.

The B&B wasn’t open as advertised. We called on our arrival but no answer. They didn’t return our call until 20.30 that night, by which time we were forced to find alternative accommodation. I would advise avoiding this B&B if possible.
