Neighbourhood information

This townhouse is part of the brand new North Quay development, billed as West Cornwall’s new harbour destination. It’s a landmark development offering up places to live, work, shop and eat, all close to a sandy beach and working harbour. It’s also close to the ever-popular town of St Ives, itself a working harbour which can be reached by car, train or ferry, and really is a must-visit during your stay in the area. Why not visit the Tate Gallery in the town or take a boat trip to Seal Island? North Quay is just 5 mins walk from local beaches, a new supermarket and a variety of beautiful coastal walks, so there’s plenty nearby to keep everyone entertained.
