There was easy parking and if you took a short walk along the edge of the beach you were soon in the centre of St Ives. The room was to a high standard of cleanliness it was tastefully furnished with a large comfy bed. We thought that Breakfast was great and everything was cooked to perfection. The owner could not do enough for us and he was a very pleasant laid-back chap that made everybody feel very welcome so to you sir from Jenny and I “Kia ora mate”.

Nice to have a mini fridge in the room both for our bottle of wine and for the fresh milk provided rather than the usual plastic pots of uht.
