As soon as I entered the gate up to the decking of the caravan, I knew we were going to get something special. I opened the door, walked in & was blown away. The layout, the size of the rooms, the decor, the facilities & the cleanliness - all excellent, better than excellent actually. The added extras - milk in the fridge, beers in the fridge, wine, robes, slippers, towels & tea/coffee - not expected but made us feel so welcome & a lovely added touch. I have never stayed in a caravan as luxurious as this one. I will definitely be rebooking again & again 😊

Food was average. Ribs lukewarm and sparse on the sauce. Pie a little tasteless. Breakfast was average. Staff are outstanding and couldn’t be more helpful but the quality of food needs to improve to warrant a return. Ale was excellent!

The location is just perfect if you want to stay near Camber Sands only gun about 30min by car. The beds are comfortable, the bedsheets were very fresh and clean and the room was fresh. Everything was clean and pleasant to stay in. I had a very good sleep same as other my 4 companions. The place is quiet and has a very friendly owner.

It is a remarkable location in many respects and with the steam railway running through the campsite location and the unique coastline to explore it really is a place to visit. Plus of course the Pilot Inn and old lighthouse to explore. And of course the usual arcades for the children!

We stayed August 2021 for 5 days, we did clamping with the kiddies. The the pod, small but nice and clean. it situated on field, where kiddies can round around, play games and you can have a BBQ. Showers and toilets are 2 mins away but were clean, and if therefore were any issue, staff were available to help. There is a little tap located outside the showers, which was very useful. there is lots to do with kiddies, bingo, kiddies entertainer, swimming, arcade, Rommey beach is a must. there is a Sainsbury 5 mins drive. there is a bar, where the breakfast and dinner is located. the food was lovely. The only issue was that on our first day, the staff was clearly overwhelmed in the restaurant and we waited over 31/2 hours for our food, which was not great for the kiddies, so we didnt get out food until 10.35pm or later. but there sorted the issues of the food an there rest of the week, great service and great food. there are a view people i want to mentioned due to great customer service and friendly. Jackie restaurant manager, Hannah waiter, Adam bar and waiter, Keeley (outstanding), Joslin manager, gets a special mentioned, she acknowledge the food issue, apologied and did what she could and spoke to me directly for the rest of my stay. Honestly the biggest issue was the cost of the food and drink, two hot chocolate came to £7.50, we had half board and save us a fortune. BRING A BBQ,KETTLE and TOASTER if your clamping.. Keeley's mother (house keeping) well done for the excellent quality of the pods. Any issues, were addressed and great customer service. Apologies, if got any names wrong

Great place to chill and eat. .. make sure you do the mini train ride and go on the classics buses. Global inn is a great Resturant .. but book early if you want to sit inside. The also have a food festival , which I went to last year. You have to check the dates for that, but it’s worth it.

To our surprise our hotel was opposite the RH& DR quaint railway station. We had to have a ride on it! The tour around Dungeness Power station was very enlightening about nuclear energy ,well worth the effort of booking well in advance. We had a nice meal at the Pilot Inn ,Dungeness but it is very busy.

Perfect for us, a family of three (German/English), and excellent value for money! Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds. Kettle, Tea, Sugar, Milk, microwave, fridge, cups, cutlery, washing up liquid, handsoap, shower gel - all there. We felt very welcomed with tea and biscuits for each of us. Booking on the same day, arrival only a few hours after booking and no problem. Very helpful finding the hotel. Lovely and friendly building not too far from the beach and opposite the miniature railway. Parking easy. Eating out easy. Thank you to Dino and his family for all the efforts they make for their guests!

Really lovely building in a great location, despite the dreary January weather. The host Lisa was really attentive, explained about the hotel, amenities and made sure we were comfortable. The room was warm, but not too hot and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee were available in the room. The bathroom had some nice toiletries available if needed, and nice thick towels. The breakfast selection was plentiful and cooked to order. We ate out in the village nearby, but regret not booking to dine at the hotel. The smell was delicious.

Caravan was beautiful, clean tidy and in a lovely location just 2 minute walk from the sea. Owners were quick to respond to messages and the whole trip was completely hassle free. No stress at all. Caravan is more like a home than a caravan with absolutely everything you need and more, better equipped than a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Will definitely be holidaying here again.

Josephine was very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Dino was very good to talk to and a decent chap. This is not a posh hotel, but that’s absolutely fine and not it’s remit. It is a self- catering room with all facilities you need in the room plus extras, including washing machines, tv lounge and kitchens, if you wish to cook. It’s unique and absolutely great, we’d stay again.

Very comfortable & well equipped. There was the usual kettle, plus a fridge & microwave. There wasn't a TV in the room, but that meant it was quiet; no chance of noisy neighbours! A TV is available in the lounge for those who are desperate for added noise. The WiFi is superb. Small car park at the front of the hotel is very convenient.

The position of the camping pods, at the back of the site, quieter and away from the crowd at the main bar area and with a clear view of the fields and sunset Brilliantly design pods and very comfy New Romney have good places for food and only a walking distance Great base for exploring the area and great value for money We’ll be back

Great little hotel. Room was bigger than I was expecting (although I was upgraded to a double so maybe that’s why) and had fridge and microwave. Communal rooms were closed off due to Covid, but not a problem for me. It was a good price.
