A perfect stay, rubys den was lovely and cosy with everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and I loved that the hosts left lots of complimentary bits for New Year’s Eve it was so thoughtful. The location is absolutely brilliant and exactly what we were looking for, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come again!

The property was excellent, everything was thought even the little things in case you had forgotten anything, we had a welcome bag which was a lovely touch and the apartment was immaculate. Will definitely return.

Lovely little property with everything you need and more for your stay!! We loved all the little extras - fudge, biscuits, sewing box, beach windbreaker, even a box with some toiletries that you may have forgotten! Really close to Carbis bay train station, which was perfect for visiting St Ives without having to stress about parking the car. Michelle was really accommodating - we were attending a wedding and she kindly allowed us to check out a little later which was much appreciated :)

The Rubys den was excellent, a good base fabulous beach down the hill it's just the coming back up. Close to St Ives and other places to visit.
