I've just returned from a great stay at Runnymede Court. We can't fault the hotel, Fernando, Jill and their staff went out of their way to make our stay just perfect. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast offered a wide choice of options and delivered excellent value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect for both the beach and the town centre. We also ate at the hotel a couple of nights, there was a choice of menus offering a wide selection to pick from. The food was cooked well and I'd definitely recommend it as good value for money.

This Edwardian hotel is situated in St Helier in Jersey, just 230 metres from the beach. It has a garden with pretty flowerbeds, a lounge with a large flat-screen TV, and offers guests free Wi-Fi in some areas. Rooms at Runnymede Court Hotel are simply decorated and have traditional furnishings. Each benefits from a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom. Homemade dishes are served in the restaurant and cocktail bar, which overlooks the garden. A full English breakfast is provided each morning, and there is a sun terrace with views over Roseville Street to the beach beyond. Liberty Wharf shopping centre is a 20-minute walk from Runnymede, and the town centre is 10 minutes away on foot. A range of restaurants, a mini market, pubs and shops are all within easy reach.
Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 8.9 for a two-person trip.
