The property will do a pre-authorisation to the card used at the time of booking. When booking 10 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that apartments are cleaned once every week. Please note a pre-authorisation of GBP 50 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorisation sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorisation. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure).

Dog Stays - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.

Gym Disclaimer - Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. Gym - The use of gym facilities is subject to guests signing a mandatory disclaimer, acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of use of the gym. This policy applies to all properties equipped with gym facilities and the form of disclaimer will be made available to guests at those properties.

We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
