So many little touches that made this a great place for me to stay for the night. I'd like to say that I hated this place so that others won't book it and it will be available the next time that I want to stay!

Quirky decor inside and out. Private secure location. Excellent private outdoor area, though we couldn’t use it as it was cold, very windy and raining. Free on-site parking. Excellent host who lived on site. Free muffin and chocolate which we had with a cup of tea.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. First impressions the decor is amazing Izabella has done a fantastic job! Our room was very homely, private, clean, and bed very comfortable. There is tea, coffee and a fridge. It’s a great location as only a short walk from St Ives, and a bus stop just down the road.

Izabela was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond for us. The room was just great, had everything you would ever need, shampoo , conditioner, shower gel, iron, hairdryer , tea coffee, hot choc, choc muffins, dressing gowns and so much more. Very very homely and a really comfortable bed. Felt very welcomed there, and nothing was too much trouble . Thank you again and can't wait to come back.

Izabela with her chickens are so friendly and impressive❤️Location near Carbis bay which has one of most beautiful beaches🌊There are also some wonderful restaurant nearby🍽 It's really peaceful with the private garden at Sailaway especially when setting the fire at night there. Room are cosy with so cute cups.🤗✨ We did have a memorable experience, the breakfast on our request was just amazing👍

We drove elsewhere to get breakfast as we had plans for that day that involved us moving on quickly, but we very much appreciated the muffins and the coffee as a pre-breakfast starter. We were welcomed warmly on arrival by Izabela and saw her again the next morning when it was time to leave. In between, she left us alone, which is how we like it. The patio at the back is a great location to enjoy a glass of wine, and was nice and quiet.

The moment we pulled up, we knew we'd love our stay. So many special touches before you even enter the studio! The room was clean, comfortable and very chic. Vintage furniture adorning each corner of the room. Tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and milk. There is a nice size fridge to keep drinks cool. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - it smelt sparkly clean. Bathrobes and towels are fluffy. The private patio with wood burner, cushions and blankets was lovely to chill out in the evening. Izabela was a great host and we look forward to returning. The free parking was great!

We had a lovely one-night stay at Sailaway, Izabela was friendly and gave us some wonderful recommendations of places to visit. After a long day walking around St Ives we hopped on one of the cheap, quick and frequent buses back and spent a perfect evening sitting on the patio by the fire and talking. The room was clean and comfortable and the fridge and microwave were a really useful touch (as were the complimentary welcome muffins on the tray of coffee and tea and everything else you could want).
