The last time i stayed in the hotel was over 18 years ago and the hotel was"tiered" lloking then. i booked the hotel because it was the only one i knew in weston, However we were very pleasently supprised. the room was an good size, a side sea view.
The hotel and my room looked like it had been complettly re vamped the bed was comfatable, there was lots of tea and coffe and biscuites towels etc and pleanty of hot water,
There was a small heater you could use to top of the radiatorors if you were chilly, a TV (A LITTLE SMALL) but ok.
The room overall was good 8/10 a good room.
It looked like since i was there last the hotel had gone through exstensive renervationsand looked good for them. It has a large car park.
There are pleanty of places to sit in the hotel or in the garden or beer garden to watch the world go round and take in amazing views of beach,
My breakfast was excellent i took a full english of a exstensive menu
A very good medium priced hotel, the price was right for the hotel quality i 100% would go back.

I am 71 and came from Bristol. Sunday school outings always went to Weston. My parents and brother all ended up living at Carlton Mansions next door to the Grand Atlantic.
I love returning to Weston and spending time on the beach.

Weston super Mare is an old fashioned seaside resort trying hard to keep itself attractive. The renovated pier has offers amusements and cafes and the derelict old pier adds character. There is a sandy beach but at low tide there is a lot of mud between that and the sea. The marine pool is interesting. There is pleasant walking on the nearby headlands Worlebury to the north and Brean Down, a short drive to the south. There are plenty of places to eat - we went to a great Italian place called Il Michelangelo.

Great.
Great. This has to be possibly the best family seaside holiday destination . So many other seaside resorts have sadly gone downhill ,but not so Weston the beach and promenade are a real credit to the local council, its services and employees.
Weston super mare has everything a family could want for a great holiday experience.

I was on a walking holiday and was using Weston as my base. If you enjoy walking then the walk from Weston to Uphill and then through the nature reserve to Brean. Down onto the beach at Brean and you can walk through to Burnham on Sea. Lovely walk. The nature reserve is well worth a visit. Lots of wildlife and plenty of space for a picnic. There is also a cafe and toilets there. Uphill is a pretty little village.

The museum is worth a visit, with a wealth of interesting exhibits about the town. Also, the architecture is amazing, with wonderful Georgian/Regency terraces. I would say it beats Bath, without the throngs of tourists and prices. Pity about the bus service, with many not running on a Sunday. I wanted to have a look at Clevedon.

The location is a lovely walk along the seafront and far enough from the centre that you can simply enjoy the sound of the sea.
The staff are all incredibly friendly.
Lots of the guests during my stay had mobility issues, obviously check with the hotel before you stay, but it seems that they are well prepared in terms of access and parking was available directly in front.
Right on the seafront and easy access to everything. Car park a short distance walk.
The staff are superb, especially the guys and girls in the restaurant. Exceptional service with a chat and a smile. Completely catered for my partners dietary requirements. Hotel and room were clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
great older property.. nice and comfortable.. out of town along the seafront… so a lovely walk in .. definitely have a sea view room and listen to the sea with no traffic noise… it’s not the premier inn .. it’s a good old fashioned English seaside hotel. staff were nice and friendly.

Lovely clean room, with a large bathroom, great hearty breakfast, friendly staff, interesting old hotel, quiet location a short walk to seafront, restaurants and the Playhouse Theatre, which was the reason for my trip.
We booked a budget room and what you see is what you get. We had a nice and spacious en-suite shower room & it was perfect for our 1-night trip. I loved the location of the hotel & that it was right on the seafront.
The room had everything I needed. A kettle, tea and coffee were supplied and there was a comfortable bed, television, shower and toilet. The hotel is right on the seafront and close to the town centre.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and the food was very good! The location was amazing, overlooking the seafront was beautiful.
