Sea Breeze is a fabulous ground floor apartment close to the seafront of Bournemouth boasting views of the sea from the apartment's terrace. BH2 leisure complex is just five minutes` walk down the road hosting numerous restaurants and cinema complex. Bournemouth gardens, pier and the seven miles of golden sands that is Bournemouth beach is within walking distance. This property has been beautifully furnished throughout with modern bathrooms and fittings. It is fully equipped with flatscreen Smart TV and broadband facility. The front entrance leads you to the master bedroom (king-size 5ft double) with en-suite (shower, sink and toilet) and flat screen TV. Second bedroom (twin 2 x 2ft 6ins or zip and link king-size). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which includes integrated fridge/freezer, hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer. Patio doors from both the lounge and dining area leads you onto the terraced patio overlooking the sea and town. Parking - There is one allocated space within the development's underground gated parking. (Height Restriction 2m)

Poole is also a great base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the Purbecks to the East, and Britain’s newest National Park, the New Forest, to the East. Poole is the place to come for outdoor activity. We have wind-surfing schools, kite-surfing, kayaking tours, fishing excursions, Brownsea Island, and some of the best sandy beaches in Europe – all on our doorstep! And for those who fancy stretching their legs with a post-lunch stroll try the South-West Coastal Path, which starts right here! For the adults, the Georgian Old Town and Quay offer a great variety of food and drink, with excellent bars and restaurants offering a huge choice of cuisine.
