Good things come in small packages right?! The space is a stylish, studio consisting of a bedroom and kitchenette with breakfast bar and a shower room behind. A perfectly designed space for two to come back to after a hard day at the beach or exploring the delights of Cornwall. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and portable hob. All the basics are covered. As well as utensils, cutlery, plates etc are the all important cork screw and bottle opener! The shower room is separate from the bedroom and has a neat space with shelves and a rail for clothes storage as well as a clever case storing area above. The studio is right on the edge of the town centre with shops, bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away. Due to its close proximity, it can be a little noisy with the hustle and bustle…and of course the ‘seagulls’ cry’ in the mornings! I don’t iron bedsheets….life is far too short! 😁. But they will be clean and fresh! There is free wifi and freview tv. Parking on the premises and a private outside seating area.…just for you! **Disregarding the strict no smoking policy will result in the loss of your deposit**
I live right next door with my very beautiful, very friendly house cat, who like most cats is very curious and may well come to visit you! I work from home so will be on hand at all times should you need anything.
Camborne is ideally situated in terms of being able to explore beautiful Cornwall, its beaches on both the north and west coasts and all the seaside villages in between. The nearest beach to us is Portreath which is 4 miles away. The studio is just a few minute’s walk from the train and bus stations and just a mile or so from the main A30.
