Seaside Retreat is a part of the prestigious Compass Point complex. It is a fabulous location is only a short walk down to the white sands and turquoise waters of Carbis Bay Beach. The first floor apartment has wonderful sea views that spread right across the bay, there is also a communal terrace at the from of the complex which guests are very welcome to use and enjoy the panoramic sea views. There is also a car parking space which is a useful feature and the close proximity to the small railway station gives guests the great option of leaving the car & taking the very popular tourist train into St Ives, taking just a few minutes along a single track & which follows a wonderfully scenic path along the coast. Internally the apartment is bright & beautifully presented. The central hallway has doors leading off to the kitchen, living room which includes dining area & cosy lounge which has a luxurious feel with stunning sea views. A main bathroom with bath, shower, WC, hand basin & heated towel rail. A beautiful master bedroom with ensuite, sea views % second bedroom with double bed. Externally there is a wonderfully spacious, communal terrace with commanding sea & coastal views.

I like to make sure that all my guests staying at Seaside Retreat Apartment firstly receive a warm welcome when entering the apartment. With everything spotlessly clean, fresh linen, fluffy towels and all they need to start there holiday. There is also a welcome information folder in the apartment which, contains a wealth of information everything from train times, beach safety, maps to ideas for great days out. Also as I live close by and at the complex most days I am able to ensure that standards are kept high and that guests always have a friendly point of call through their whole holiday experience from the moment you enquire you will be able to contact me direct.

Seaside Retreat is a premium self catering holiday home making it a brilliant base for exploring the many wonderful attractions that Cornwall has to offer. Local Facilities: The nearest supermarket is a Tesco which is less than a 5 minute drive off the main A3074 road in to St Ives. There is also, a hairdressers, a chemist, a post office newsagents and general stores all a short walk away. During the day when on the beach there is a cafe, shop, restaurant and food outlet. Seaside Retreat provides a great base for exploring magical Cornwall and is only a 5 minute walk from the white sands and turquoise waters of Carbis Bay Beach. St Ives too is only a 10 minutes drive away there is also a regular train service which runs from Carbis Bay Station so great if you want to leave the car behind. Why not take an open top bus ride all around the coastal villages, just sit back and take in the views and hop on and off as you please. The nearest train stations are St Erth (main line) and Carbis Bay (branch line train which runs through Lelant Saltings, Carbis Bay to St Ives).
