We were given the same package we booked in Ibis - the suite with breakfast. The hotel was clean and followed Covid controlling measures well. Staff were friendly and breakfast and room service were nice too! Lovely location!

United KingdomFirstly this review is for their partner hotel Novotel London Bridge Southwark - due to current situations the IBIS Style was closed and they transferred us to the Novotel at no extra cost (room rate was 3 times what we had paid so a good upgrade), also the hotels were next door to each other so no drama there. Location was excellent, room was very spacious and clean, view of the Shard, breakfast was very good, good coffee. Staff were superb and friendly. All round is was a very enjoyable stay.
